The AMR-1 Combination Air Magnetic Rower from V-fit is a high specification rowing machine with superb build quality. Exercising using a rower is low impact and works every major muscle group in the upper and lower body. Rowers also have the advantage that they support your body weight during exercise.

Resistance has 8 discrete levels and is provided by the patented "Magnetac" system which utilises both an air fan and solid state magnetic resistance. High grade bearings and precision rollers offer an unbeatably smooth sliding action. The included heart rate receiver and chest strap allows you to view your heart rate on the eight function exercise monitor.
