The AR1 Artemis II Air Rowing Machine from V-fit is a great lightweight inexpensive rowing machine. Exercising using a rower is low impact and works every major muscle group in the upper and lower body. Rowers also have the advantage that they support your body weight during exercise.

An oversize molded polyurethane seat slides on a chromed steel rail to give a smooth rowing action. The steel frame folds for compact storage. A 3 window LCD console displays calories, distance, speed, strokes, stroke rate and time.
